IN THE HANDS OF
Originally an element in the performance work 'SLEEP EXPOSURE', this videotaped task was included in the compendium 'EDDIE'S WALL' presented in a bespoke space in the University of Canterbury in November of 2002. It was a big ask when viewed in silence (apart from the sound of the task). In my opinion this version (completed in 2017) works better as a concert work and also exposes more overtly the implications of the task.
